Terms and Conditions of Participation
These terms and conditions apply to the sweepstakes of the brand Johnny Urban of the company Ecom Brands GmbH, Am Rödingsmarkt 31-33, 20459 Hamburg (hereinafter "Organizer"). Participation in the sweepstakes is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. The sweepstakes is not affiliated with Meta in any way and is not organized or supported by Meta in any way.
1) Duration of the sweepstakes
The sweepstakes runs from May 1, 2026 to May 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. During this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the sweepstakes online.
2) How to enter the sweepstakes
To enter the sweepstakes, you must place an order in the organizer's webshop at www.johnny-urban.de between May 1, 2025 and May 10, 2026, 11:59 p.m. and agree to these terms and conditions. Every euro spent on an order by a participant counts as one entry.
Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Only one submitted registration per participant will be entered into the sweepstakes. It is prohibited to use multiple accounts to increase your chances of winning. Participation in the sweepstakes is free of charge.
3) Eligibility
Eligible participants are natural persons residing in Germany who have reached the age of 18. Participation is limited to the organizer's customers and is dependent on the purchase of a product or service. Should a participant be restricted in his/her legal capacity, the consent of his/her legal representative is required.
All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the sweepstakes and employees of the organizer as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. In addition, the organizer reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example:
(a) in case of manipulation in connection with access to or conduct of the sweepstakes,
(b) in case of violations of these terms and conditions,
(c) in case of unfair conduct, or
(d) in case of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the sweepstakes.
4) Prize, notification, and prize delivery
The sweepstakes includes three prize packages with the following contents:
- 3 nights in a stylish hotel including breakfast for 2 people
- Round-trip flight from Germany for 2 people
- 2-hour sunset sailing tour on the Tagus
The winners will be determined after the closing date for entries by a random drawing among all participants.
The winners will be informed promptly via their email address.
The winners must contact Johnny Urban by email within 48 hours. If a winner does not respond within this period, the prize may be transferred by the organizer to another participant.
The travel dates and departure airport will be arranged individually with the winner.
5) Premature termination of the sweepstakes
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the sweepstakes at any time without prior notice and without stating reasons. The organizer will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the sweepstakes cannot be carried out properly. If such a termination is caused by the behavior of a participant, the organizer may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
6) Data protection
The provision of personal data is necessary for participation in the sweepstakes. If the participant enters the sweepstakes by providing their email address, their further personal data will be requested if this participant wins.
The participant assures that the personal data provided by him/her, in particular first name, last name, address and email address, are truthful and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use. Shipping service providers are excluded if a prize has to be sent to participants by post.
All email addresses and voluntarily provided data of the participants will be collected and stored exclusively for the purpose of determining the winners. All data will be deleted at the latest 30 days after the end of the sweepstakes. Participants have the statutory rights to information, amendment, and revocation. 7) Right of revocation
Participants are free at any time to request the deletion of their registration data by revocation at support@johnny-urban.de and thus to withdraw from participation.
8) Liability
Claims due to possible material and/or legal defects in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors must be asserted exclusively against the prize sponsor.
The organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor and the consequences thereof for the conduct of the sweepstakes.
The organizer is not liable for the contributions of the participants with which they participate in the sweepstakes.
The organizer points out that the promotion can be terminated or a post or posts can be removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without claims of the participants against the organizer arising therefrom.
The organizer is only liable for damages caused by him, his legal representatives or vicarious agents intentionally or through gross negligence or by the violation of essential contractual obligations in connection with the conduct of the sweepstakes.
