SHIPPING GERMANY

Your order will usually be dispatched within one working day after receipt of your order and approval of payment. Delivery will then take place 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €39. Shipping costs for orders under €39 are €3.90. Shipping is carried out by the shipping service provider DHL.

SHIPMENT EU COUNTRIES

Shipping within the EU is free for orders over €39. Shipping costs for orders under €39 are €8.90.

Your order will usually be shipped within from 1 to 2 working days after receiving your order and payment has been approved. Delivery will then take place 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Unfortunately we do not currently ship to the UK. However, you can buy our products via Amazon or John Lewis.

UNAVAILABILITY OF ORDERED GOODS

If the ordered goods are not available, we reserve the right not to deliver. In this case, we will inform you immediately and refund any services already received.

PAYMENT

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Credit card
When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. After you have been identified as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction is carried out automatically and your card is charged.

PayPal
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further information during the process.

Invoice by Klarna
During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Klarna. After placing your order, you will receive an invoice from Klarna by email and payment must be made directly to Klarna. The payment period is either 14 days or 2 months from the dispatch of the goods. You can find the conditions for "Pay in 2 months" here .

Sofort by Klarna
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account activated for online banking, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further information during the ordering process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by Sofort and debited from your account.

eps transfer (only in Austria)
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the website with a central bank selection list. After selecting the bank, you will be connected to the corresponding online banking. After successful approval (using TAN or digital signature), the amount due will be debited from your account. You will receive further information during the process.

Google Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after the order has been placed. You will receive further information during the process.

Apple Pay
In order to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details and confirm the payment instruction.
