Terms and conditions of participation
Mystery Box giveaway from the Johnny Urban brand by Ecom Brands GmbH
These terms and conditions apply to the Johnny Urban brand prize draw organized by Ecom Brands GmbH , Am Rödingsmarkt 31-33, 20459 Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as "the Organizer"). Participation in the prize draw is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. The prize draw is in no way affiliated with , organized by, or endorsed by Meta .
1) Duration of the competition
The competition runs from December 2nd, 2025 to December 5th, 2025 at 6:00 PM . During this period, users have the opportunity to participate in the competition online.
2) How the competition works
Participation in the competition is achieved by responding to the competition video on the Instagram Broadcast Channel of @johnnyurban between 02.12.2025 and 05.12.2025 18:00 and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Participation is only possible within the participation period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.
Only one entry per participant will be accepted for the prize draw. Using multiple accounts to increase your chances of winning is prohibited. Participation in the prize draw is free.
3) Eligible participants
Natural persons residing in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not contingent upon the purchase of any goods or services. If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal representative is required. The following are not eligible to participate in the competition: all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, employees of the organizer, and their family members. Furthermore, the organizer reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its sole discretion if there are legitimate reasons, such as:
(a) in the event of manipulation relating to access to or the conduct of the prize draw,
(b) in the event of breaches of these terms and conditions of participation,
(c) in the case of unfair conduct or
(d) in the case of false or misleading information provided in connection with participation in the competition.
4) Winnings, notification and delivery of the winnings
The competition includes 1 prize containing the following:
1x Johnny Urban Mystery Box including 7 Johnny Urban products - including a backpack, bags and accessories - guaranteed bestsellers worth a maximum of €268.17.
The winner will be determined after the closing date for entries by means of a random draw among all participants.
The winner will be notified promptly via an Instagram direct message .
The winner must contact Johnny Urban via Instagram direct message within 48 hours . If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the prize may be awarded to another participant by the organizer.
The prize will be delivered by parcel post at the organizer's expense exclusively to the winner or their legal representative. Exchanges, in-person collection, and cash payments are not possible. All costs associated with claiming the prize (travel, etc.) are the responsibility of the winner.
5) Premature termination of the competition
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. The organizer will make use of this right in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g., viruses in the computer system, manipulation, or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such termination is caused by the conduct of a participant, the organizer may claim compensation from that person for any resulting damages.
6) Data protection
Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data. If a participant enters the competition using their Instagram nickname , further personal data will be requested if that participant wins.
The participant confirms that the personal information provided by him/her, in particular first name, last name, address and email address, is truthful and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available to them for use. The only exception is shipping service providers if a prize needs to be sent to the participant by post.
All email addresses and voluntarily provided data of the participants will be collected and stored solely for the purpose of determining the winner. All data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the end of the competition. Participants have the statutory rights to access, modify, and withdraw their data. 7) Revocation
Participants are free to request the deletion of their registration data and thus withdraw from participation at any time by sending a revocation to support@johnny-urban.de .
8) Liability
Claims regarding potential material and/or legal defects in the prizes donated by the prize sponsors must be asserted exclusively against the respective sponsors. The organizer is not liable for the insolvency of a prize sponsor or any consequences arising therefrom for the execution of the prize draw.
The organizer is not liable for the entries made by participants in the competition.
The organizer points out that the promotion may be terminated or a post or posts may be removed due to external circumstances and constraints, without giving rise to any claims by the participants against the organizer.
The organizer is only liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by him, his legal representatives or agents, or through the breach of essential contractual obligations in connection with the execution of the competition.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the organizer is only liable for foreseeable damages typical of this type of contract. Essential contractual obligations are those whose fulfillment is necessary to achieve the purpose of the activities and on whose compliance participants may regularly rely. Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.

The organizer's competition is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
10) Severability Clause
Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions of participation shall not be affected.
