CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

There is one winner for each competition. The following prizes can be won:

  1. Advent prize: Johnny Urban product package consisting of 1x "Allen XL", 1x Jona Medium, 1x "Robin Small" and 1x "Elliot".
  2. Advent prize: 1x roll-top backpack "Allen" depending on availability in size medium or large in an available color of your choice and 1x iPhone 14 with 256 GB memory.
  3. Advent prize: 2x rolltop backpack "Allen XL" and 1x voucher for A&O hostels for two nights and two breakfasts.
  4. Advent prize: Rolltop backpack "Henry" and a year's subscription to the "Headspace" app

Each person can only win one prize at a time.

  1. Participation in the sweepstakes is free.
  2. Any natural person who has reached the age of 18, has their own Instagram account and is resident in EU countries is entitled to participate. Excluded from participation are employees of Ecom Brands GmbH and all persons who have already worked for Ecom Brands GmbH (models, freelancers, etc.). Ecom Brands GmbH is entitled to exclude individuals from participation or the raffle if there are legitimate reasons.
  3. The competitions will take place throughout the month of December 2022. Winners of the Advent competitions cannot win another Advent competition in 2022.
  4. Ecom Brands GmbH reserves the right to terminate any competition at any time without notice. Ecom Brands GmbH assumes no liability for the occurrence of technical problems and/or faults.
  5. Participation in the competition takes place by fulfilling the conditions listed in the competition on Instagram. Multiple participation, eg through repeated comments, does not increase the chance of winning.
  6. One winner will be randomly drawn from all participants in each competition. The drawing takes place within one week after the end of the competition.
  7. By participating, each participant agrees to be contacted by us via Instagram message or comment and to collect relevant data. Ecom Brands GmbH reserves the right to request proof of age. If the winners do not respond within 24 hours, the prizes can be randomly drawn again.
  8. A full or partial cash payment of the prize is not possible.
  9. This competition is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram or META and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram or META. The recipient of the data provided by the participant is not Facebook, Instagram or META, but the organizer. The participants release Facebook and Instagram from any liability resulting from claims in connection with the implementation of the competition (in particular its publication and organization). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes should be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook, Instagram or META.
  10. The legal process is excluded.

Notes on data protection

In the event of a win, the participant's first and last name, postal address and any other data must be provided. The participants transmit these via direct message on Instagram or via email. The data provided by the user will only be used, stored and processed by Ecom Brands GmbH to process the competition and will only be passed on to companies entrusted with processing the competition for this purpose.
